Remote Access Service

Magenear Connectivity

Open approved online resources through an isolated browser session running on Magenear infrastructure when your local network, provider, VPN, DNS, region, or public IP prevents direct access.

The website may work while a required third-party resource does not.

Connectivity changes where the browser request originates. Instead of asking the blocked resource directly from your device, you control a temporary browser running on Magenear infrastructure.

01

Open your Magenear customer account using your normal browser.

02

Start

Select Connectivity to create a private, short-lived browser session.

03

Browse

Use the remote Chromium window while video and input are streamed securely.

04

Expire

The container and its temporary profile are removed when the session ends.

How the connection changes

Direct access

Your device → your provider or VPN → third-party resource

The destination sees your current public IP and the request depends on your local DNS, routing, filtering, VPN policy, and regional availability.

Through Connectivity

Your device → Magenear → remote browser → approved resource

The destination receives the request from the Magenear host connection rather than directly from your device.

When Connectivity may help

  • Your internet provider blocks or incorrectly routes an approved resource.
  • Your DNS resolver returns a blocked, filtered, or unavailable destination.
  • A VPN exit address is rejected while the Magenear host address is accepted.
  • A service is unavailable from your country but reachable from the Magenear host region.
  • A security system has temporarily restricted your public IP or network range.
  • A payment, authentication, documentation, or download dependency fails only on your network.
  • You need to reproduce storefront behavior from the Magenear hosting environment.

When it cannot help

  • You cannot reach Magenear or sign in to the customer account at all.
  • The Magenear host, its internet connection, or the Cloudflare Tunnel is unavailable.
  • The destination is also blocked from the Magenear host network.
  • The required hostname is not included in the Connectivity allowlist.
  • The destination blocks automated, remote, or data-center-style browser environments.
  • The problem is caused by invalid account credentials, permissions, or service downtime.

Typical access problems

Regional availability

A provider serves selected countries or applies different routing and compliance rules by region.

VPN restrictions

Shared VPN exit addresses may be rate-limited, challenged, or blocked because many users share one IP.

Provider filtering

Local providers may filter hostnames, IP ranges, protocols, or traffic categories.

DNS interference

A local resolver may return an incorrect address, refuse a domain, or retain stale records.

IP reputation

Security systems may reject an address after suspicious traffic, excessive requests, or shared-network abuse.

Routing failures

The destination can be online while the path between a particular provider and network is broken.

Access control

Not a public proxy

Connectivity is intentionally restricted. The remote browser may open only approved domains required for Magenear services and supported customer workflows.

  • Authenticated customer account required
  • One isolated container per active customer session
  • Cookie-bound access URL that cannot be reused indefinitely
  • Short session lifetime with automatic cleanup
  • Restricted browser capabilities and managed domain policy
  • Global capacity limit to protect the host

Privacy and responsibility

Your clicks and keyboard input are delivered to a browser running on Magenear infrastructure. The resulting screen is streamed back to your browser.

  • The third-party destination sees the Magenear host network address.
  • The destination still applies its own authentication, terms, fraud controls, and account permissions.
  • Connectivity does not guarantee access and must not be used to violate applicable law or third-party terms.
  • Close the session when finished and avoid leaving sensitive pages unattended.

Important dependency

Connectivity is not an emergency mirror of Magenear.

You must first reach Magenear and authenticate. If the Magenear website, Cloudflare Tunnel, local host, or host internet connection is unavailable, a Connectivity session cannot be created.

FAQ

Common questions

Everything you need to know before starting a Connectivity session.

No. Your local IP remains unchanged. Only requests made inside the remote browser originate from the Magenear host connection.

No. It does not route all device traffic. It provides access to a controlled remote browser for approved destinations.

No. A managed allowlist restricts navigation to supported resources. Additional domains must be reviewed before they are enabled.

The remote browser uses different DNS, routing, regional location, and public IP reputation than your local device or VPN connection.

The browser container is stopped and its temporary session profile is removed. Return to your customer account to create a new session.

A supported resource does not open from your network?

Start a temporary Connectivity session from your customer account. If the required domain is not approved or the issue remains, contact Magenear support with the destination URL and the error shown by your browser.
