If it doesn't work as described and we can't fix it — you get a full refund.

We stand behind Malware Monitor. If the extension doesn't work as described on your supported Magento version, contact us within 30 days — we'll fix it within 3 business days. If we can't resolve the issue, we'll issue a full refund.

How the Process Works

Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Describe the issue and include your order number.

We respond within 1 business day and work to resolve the issue. If we cannot fix it within 3 business days, a refund is automatically approved.

Refund is issued to your original payment method. Your license key is deactivated immediately upon refund.

Valid Reasons for a Refund

  • The extension does not function as described on a supported Magento 2 version.
  • A critical bug cannot be resolved within the 3-business-day support window.
  • Incompatibility with a core Magento feature that is not a known limitation.

Not Eligible for a Refund

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the extension.
  • Incompatibility caused by third-party modules or custom code outside of Magento core.
  • Unsupported Magento version (EOL releases).
  • Requests made after the 30-day window.
  • License abuse (key shared publicly or used on more installations than licensed).

After a Refund

Upon issuing a refund, your license key is deactivated and all licensed activations are revoked. You must uninstall Malware Monitor from all Magento installations. Continued use after a refund is a violation of our License Agreement.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We are committed to resolving every legitimate issue. Chargebacks filed without a prior support request may result in permanent account suspension.

Renewals

Annual renewal purchases are covered by the same 30-day guarantee, starting from the renewal date.
