You buy a license to use Malware Monitor on your Magento store. We don't spy on you, we don't sell your data, and if it doesn't work as described we'll fix it or refund you within 30 days.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Malware Monitor ("Software"), a Magento 2 extension developed and sold by Magenear ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or installing the Software you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase or installing the Software you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of Magento installations covered by your plan:

  • Shield — one (1) production Magento installation.
  • Shield Pro — the number of domains specified at purchase (default: 3).

Staging and local development environments used exclusively by you do not count toward your license limit.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Distribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the Software or your license key to any third party.
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or license headers.
  • Use the Software to develop a competing product.
  • Share your license key publicly or with individuals outside your organization.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code and documentation, is the intellectual property of Magenear and is protected by copyright law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Updates and Support

Your license includes free updates and standard email support for 12 months from purchase. After 12 months you may continue using your current version indefinitely; to receive further updates you may renew at a discounted price. Support is provided via [email protected].

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Software will detect every threat or be free of bugs. Malware Monitor significantly reduces your attack surface but is not a substitute for a comprehensive security posture.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGENEAR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING DATA LOSS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

8. Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the Software doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, you get a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Software after notification constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to a competent court in your jurisdiction.
